NEW EXPLANATION. “In the STH view the preponderance of particles which move in time outward from the origin is simply explained as above. The question is how to calculate that the number of particles which survive by means of the above mechanism is in the ratio to radiation above.” (STH = Symmetrical Time Hypothesis).
