TEXAS CONCEALS RADIOACTIVE PARTICLES IN WATER. Here is a classic example of where the public confuses radioactive particles (that should be avoided) and ionizing radiation which sends radiation through foods or water to sterilize it. FREE RADICALS are produced by ionizing radiation which kills microorganisms in water. "Free radicals are extremely reactive.
