“LIQUID WATER only behaves like most other liquids at very high temperatures (i.e. when superheated) but is strange and atypical at low temperatures. Overall, liquid water can be considered an intimate mixture of two miscible phases, one predominant at lower temperatures and the other predominant at higher temperatures.”
