CUTS IN SCIENCE SPENDING ARE CUTS IN THE FUTURE ECONOMIC ENGINE. After 15 years of Catalan investment in the Knowledge Revolution, Catalunya had achieved excellence in science and spinoffs. This needs to continue to preserve the past investment in the future.
