ENTREPRENEURS OFTEN HAVE LIMITED DATA POINTS for making key decisions. Large companies famously over-study decisions because they have a tough tine culturally making big decisions without sufficient data. Most startups work at the cutting edge of the world and data usually does not exist to make entireky rational decisions. The MO of startups has to be Hypothesis followed by Controlled Experiment.
