SEA CHANGE IN HISTORY. But to start at the beginning, which is a very good place to start. We are at a special time in the history of knowledge access. The internet has brought the greatest libraries in the world to our fingertips. We no longer need to belong to rarified clubs of universities whose membership was limited to enter great libraries.
