The issues of tobacco and food are critical issues in these talks, and essentially will set the game rules for much of the rest of the world, except China and Russia. 2014 EU E-CIG RULES do "not ban e-cigarettes, nor was there ever a plan to ban such products ... aim at harmonising the quality and safety requirements of the products for the benefit of consumers.
