THE EZ BATTERY. "Water’s fourth phase stores energy in two modes: order and charge separation. Order constitutes configurational potential energy, deliverable as the order gives way to disorder. IR AND EZ. "We found that incident radiant energy, including UV, visible, and near-infrared wavelengths, induces exclusion-zone growth. IR is especially effective: at wavelength 3.1 μm, a ten-minute exposure to incident radiation — weak enough to elevate water temperature by no more than 1°C — causes the exclusion-zone width to increase by up to four times. EZ AS INFORMATION? "Abundant evidence shows that water absorbs energy from the environment. If that energy contains information, then water can theoretically receive information, perhaps store it, and possibly even re-radiate that information. Published, peer-reviewed evidence supports all of those notions, although most scientists remain unaware of the evidence.
