ABOUT 50% OF US BANKRUPTCIES ARE DUE TO HEALTHCARE BILLS, and has been the case for decades. The confluence of healthcare and capitalism is very problematic. Profit and health are poor bedfellows, at least in the entire delivery system. Innovation must be rewarded, but delivery democratized.
