IF THIS WAS ISIS, planning to entice, then addict, and then slowly kill over one third of your children, it is probable, if not certain, that there would be a declaration of war. But somehow, we have let tobacco companies have singular rights against legislation or regulation worldwide. How ever did we get into this pickle? History will look back at this era very unkindly.
