Further evidence that the strategy of Big Pharma may be shifting. While they have always had significant investments in Universities, this may be an uptick. Consider the fact that only 25 years ago in the UK and some Universities in the US, such close ties between industry and academia were considered odious, corrupting pure science. Welcome new world!
