EUROPE HAS BECOME A LEADER on the world stage, with numerous bold initiatives to overcome a stagnant economy. This improbable status has been earned many times, stimulated out of lethargy by the jolt of the Crisis. Without the Crisis, the status quo would have been paralyzing. Japan has shown similar bold initiatives with doubling the money supply and creating the 22 Bn INCJ VC fund. Not without the jolt of the Crisis. The Crisis for all the personal pain has been invigorating to societies.
