ONE REPRESENTATIVE for a group of investors, especially if it is a large group of Angels, is essential for smooth investor relations. This is not a problem limited to Crowd-funding. It is not unusual for SMEs to aggregate 50-100 Angels, and managing them for any ratification issues can be a nightmare. This is best established early if your unit price per investment is low, and you know that you will need large numbers to hit your financing target.
