STEM CELLS FOR STROKE, new advance on recovery of memory deficits following stroke in mice following stem cell treatment. Six stroke patients in a different recent study showed modest improvements when injected with a different brew of stem cells, but no adverse effects. The key issue is what type of stem cells are being used and that is at the heart of this mouse study.
