CHLORINE in water purification has been my focus for the last series of blogs, and I have kept on with this topic because it is pretty important, so bear with me. Chlorine is also used extensively, in some countries, for disinfecting poultry, meat, eggs, and fresh fruit and vegetables. The next series will look at these issues. We live in a chlorinated world.
