GREAT DENSITY. “Orbiting the ”outskirts” of a galaxy, globular clusters take several hundred million years to complete one orbit. Stars can reach a density of 100 to 1000 stars per cubic parsec in the center of a globular cluster. This is different from the density of stars around our Sun, which is estimated at about 0.14 stars per cubic parsec.”
