THIS POSTING of this very difficult and long paper was probably a one-of-a-kind for me, based on the truly extraordinary nature of this article. More than almost any other that I have read in quantum physics, it goes to great pains to explain in words the rational behind each of the steps in this enquiry. A true masterpiece!
