HUMAN TASTE THRESHOLDS are modulated by serotonin (5-HT) and noradrenaline (NA). While normally very stable, and genetically determined, taste thresholds can vary considerably in diseases such as depression and anxiety, and as such are very plastic. https://lnkd.in/eaetUhy View in LinkedIn
