As the world shrinks, the Internet flattens it. It was rather revolutionary sone decade ago when MIT was among the first to put courses online. Then recently China declared an initiative to bring world class names to create brand new top universities in China from scratch. No 500 year traditions. This is an exciting and likely irreversible trend in education.
