NOT EVERYBODY IS SUITED FOR A STARTUP. I estimate that the majority of people would be unhappy and unproductive in a startup and they are not for everybody. Let Natural Selection filter in those who might fit in, and then weed out those who really don’t, by reasons of personality and temperament mostly.
