WORKING FROM HOME DOES NOT FIT ALL ORGANIZATIONS, but in many cultures it is very productive. With teleconferencing the social context of a face-to-face meeting can be retained, and the endless group meetings obviated. I continue to be of the opinion that the central office is a passing thing, and that the talent pool will be worldwide.
