DNA VACCINES FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES MAKE SENSE: No cold chain and can be nasally administered by unskilled workers. The cold chain issue has been a thorn for the Gates effort, and s significant limitation for delivering vaccines in hot poor countries with meagre infrastructure. Equally, getting staff trained in sterile injection technique adds expense. Bill Gates has done countless good by his initiative: now let technology assist.
