CORPORATE TAXES: let’s get real. There are armies of top law and accounting firms who charge large suns to wealthy corporations to structure “tax efficiency”, which is gobbledygook for tax avoidance. This game is played by almost all major corporations and wealthy people. Remember Mitt Romney on personal taxes? And Warren Buffet admitting he paid less taxes than his secretarial staff? This is as old as the hills, so cut the moral outrage.
