ACTIVATED CARBON TREATMENT AT MUNICIPALITIES is not rocket science. What is the problem about implementing this simple system and stopping carcinogens in our drinking water? The reality is that we need at least two systems to cover the bases. This is not difficult. It is outrageous that this is not routinely done.
