AN ANSWER. “Any early R-process would have very little contribution from such backward amplitudes. Perhaps potential time duration of a state vector in Hilbert space is a major determinant of the contributing amplitudes to the R-process. The universe is certainly full of lots of old rocks, old gas and even older light.”
